Francesca Salice

BIOGRAFIA

Nata a Milano nel 1972, mi laureo in Ingegneria Meccanica al Politecnico di Milano.

Inizio subito a lavorare nell’Azienda di Famiglia e solo nel 2008 mi avvicino alla fotografia, partecipando ad un workshop fotografico sul reportage di viaggio, tenuto da Edoardo Agresti.

In Birmania (2011) ed in India (2012) fotografo insieme a Steve McCurry.

Prediligo la fotografia di viaggio, il ritratto e la street photography.

Dal 2012 faccio parte del Circolo Fotografico “L’Incontro” (Casnate con Bernate) e mi iscrivo alla FIAF.

Partecipo a concorsi fotografici nazionali ed internazionali, conseguendo numerosi premi e riconoscimenti, tra cui l’Onorificenza EFIAP (2017) EFIAP/BRONZE (2019) EFIAP/SILVER (2020) EFIAP/GOLD (2021) e la Terza STELLA FIAF (2021).

BIOGRAPHY

Born in Milan in 1972, I graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Milan Polytechnic.

I immediately started working in the family Company and it was only in 2008 that I became interested in photography, attending a photographic workshop on travel reportage, held by Edoardo Agresti.

In Burma (2011) and in India (2012) I worked with Steve McCurry.

I prefer travel, portrait and street photography.

I have been a member of the photographic club “L’Incontro” (Casnate con Bernate) since 2012 and I also joined FIAF.

I have participated in national and international photographic competitions, achieving numerous awards and acknowledgements including the EFIAP HONOUR (2017) EFIAP /BRONZE (2019) EFIAP /SILVER (2020), EFIAP/GOLD (2021) and the Third FIAF STAR (2021).
